Hey Everyone,

Hope your finals are going well, I know they can be stressful but this 15 minute video helped me learn to use my stress in a positive way!  Hope you guys enjoy the video.

How to Make Stress your Friend!

The basics of this video is that stress can be used to produce positive chemicals in your brain and help you focus and give you energy.  The key is to when you feel stressed do something nice for someone else and your brain will naturally create more Oxytocin.
